Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Health care professionals working for a minimum of 8\-hour duty per day with minimum of 3 years of work experience.
- •2\.Mask usage for minimum 6 hours per day.
- •3\.Age 25 years \- 40 years
- •4\.Both the genders.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Pre\-existing COPD
- •2\.Co\-morbidities which may have influence on cognition, pulmonary function and cardiopulmonary endurance and uncontrolled diabetes and hypertension.
- •3\.Regularly involved in any form of exercises more than 30 minutes for more than 3 days a week.
