Inclusion Criteria
One hundred consecutive patients aged between 18-50yrs of either sex and ASA PS I-III undergoing elective surgery under general anesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
I.Patientâ??s refusal
II.ASA PS > III
III.Coagulopathy
IV.Pregnancy
V.BMI > 30.00 or BMI < 18.00
VI.Patients with distorted neck anatomy and previous neck surgery

Name Time Method to compare the sono-anatomy of â??medial-oblique approachâ?? probe position with classic US guided â??short-axisâ?? probe position in terms of: <br/ ><br>i.Relation of internal carotid artery and IJV <br/ ><br>ii.Vertical and horizontal diameter of IJV <br/ ><br>iii.Degree of overlapping of IJV over ICA <br/ ><br>Timepoint: Outcome will be assessed at the time of US probe holding over neck area for scanning
