Inclusion Criteria

Patients aged between 18-50yrs of either sex and ASA PS I-III undergoing elective surgery under general anesthesia will be recruited in this randomized prospective cross over study.

Exclusion Criteria

I.Patientâ??s refusal

II.ASA PS > III

III.Coagulopathy

IV.Pregnancy

V.BMI > 30.00 or BMI < 18.00

Patients with distorted neck anatomy and previous neck surgery
