- •1. Female, 18 years of age or older
- •2. Treat with dilatation and curettage, fractional curettage and MVA
- •3. Able to self-controlled inhaled Nitrous oxide
- •4. Volunteer to participate
排除标准
- •1. hemodynamic unstable
- •2. contraindication for Nitrous oxide or Pethidine/Midazolam such as history of severe respiratory or cardiac disease, thyroid disease, neurological disorder, renal disorder
- •3. upper respiratory infections or sinus blockage, recent history of middle or inner ear surgery, pneumothorax or intestinal obstruction
- •4. ASA physical status III/IV
- •5. history of curettage
