Inclusion Criteria
1 All primi and multi gravida upto Gravida 2 between the age group of 18 to 35 years who undergo vaginal delivery with episiotomy
2 Patients willing to give informed and written bilingual consent form
Exclusion Criteria
1 Systemic disorders in pregnancy like Diabetes Mellitus Hypertension Pulmonary tuberculosis impaired thyroid functions
2 Patients with skin diseases
3 Patients with HIV HBsAg VDRL will be excluded
4 History of impaired wound healing
5 Patient with third degree and fourth degree perineal tears
6 Patients having hematoma or abscess
