入选标准
- •Healthcare workers with LTBI at Vajira Hospital who have had significant close contact with patients diagnosed with pulmonary tuberculosis during the 3 months before the index case began treatment, meeting one of the following criteria:
- •1.Contact with contagious TB for at least 8 hours per day in the same location.
- •2.Cumulative contact of 120 hours or more per month with contagious TB patients.
- •3.Exposure to poorly ventilated areas where contagious tuberculosis patients were present and where adequate personal protective equipment (PPE) was not used
排除标准
- •1. HCWs with a history of contact with patients diagnosed with drug-resistant tuberculosis, viral hepatitis infection, human immunodeficiency virus infection, abnormal liver function tests, related to high access alcohol, active cancer on treatment, unstable myocardial ischemia, heart failure grade 3 or 4, other serious illness, potentially serious drug interactions, history of allergic reaction to isoniazid or rifapentine
