- •1. Women within 18-65 years and belonging to ASA 1&2
- •2. Elective modified radical mastectomy
排除标准
- •1. Patient refusal
- •2. Emergency surgery
- •3. Obesity
- •4. Patients with coronary artery disease, uncontrolled systemic hypertension, congestive cardiac failure, renal dysfunction/disease, h/o psychiatry and/or seizure disorder
- •5. On opioid or gabapentinoid medication
- •6. H/o known allergy to study drug
