Non-emergency surgery
American Society of Anesthetists (ASA) 1, 2 or 3
Body Mass Index (BMI) less than 35

Exclusion Criteria

Contra-indication to propofol.
Contra-indication to sevoflurane.
Contra-indication to fentanyl.
