- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Reduction in systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels.

To achieve a target blood pressure level that is associated with a lower risk of cardiovascular events.Timepoint: The patients will be assessed clinically at every 2 weeks i.e., at 14, 28, 42, 56, 70 and 84, The subjective and objective clinical observations will be recorded in the follow-up sheet.

- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Adverse events:Such as dizziness, fatigue, or gastrointestinal symptoms. These adverse events should be monitored and reported as secondary outcomes.

SUBJECTIVE PARAMETERS: Suda (Headache), Duwar (Vertigo), Khafqan (Palpitation), Kasal (Laziness), Qalaq (Anxiety), Usr al-tanaffus (Breathlessness), Takaddurfiâ??lhawas (Diminished alertness), Ruâ??af (Epistaxis) and Nabz mumtali (Pulsus plenus) should be assessed.

Quality of life: Hypertension can impact a persons quality of life, and reducing blood pressure can improve quality of life measures such as physical functioning, mental health, and social functioning.

Cost-effectiveness: The cost-effectiveness of hypertension treatments is an important consideration for healthcare decision-making. A study can include a secondary outcome measure that evaluates the cost-effectiveness of a hypertension treatment.Timepoint: 12 weeks
