Primary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
Reduction in systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels.

To achieve a target blood pressure level that is associated with a lower risk of cardiovascular events.Timepoint: The patients will be assessed clinically at every 2 weeks i.e., at 14, 28, 42, 56, 70 and 84, The subjective and objective clinical observations will be recorded in the follow-up sheet.

Secondary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
Adverse events:Such as dizziness, fatigue, or gastrointestinal symptoms.
