- •Type 2 DM over 18 years of age according to American Diabetes Association (ADA) criteria.
排除标准
- •1.Unstable or under investigated coronary artery disease
- •3.Severe osteoporosis or any other musculoskeletal disorder which may limit administration of yoga therapy
- •4.Diagnosed stroke or Cerebrovascular disease
- •5.Relevant mental illness
- •6.Aversion of music
- •7.Already practicing yoga or music therapy
