Change in inclusion criteria 26-06-2017:
apparently healthy women, during a non-complicated single pregnancy
BMI between 18 and 29 kg/m2 before pregnancy
good control of the Dutch language
willing to stop taking multivitamins, folic acid, vitamin D and fish oil supplements if taken
hyperemesis graviradum
vegetarian or vegan
diabetes mellitus
criteria for individual ending of the study
preterm birth (gestational age less than 37 weeks) and birth after 42 weeks
complications mother
pregnancy diabetes
pre-eclampsia, placental insufficiency, intrauterine growth retardation

Name Time Method the primary aim of the study is to find the dose of DHA during pregnancy and lactation that leads to a mean breast milk DHA of at least 0.7g%
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The secundary aim of the study is to find the dose of vitamin D during pregnancy and lactation that causes a breast milk vitamin D content of 35 nmol/L and increasing breast milk vitamin B1, B2, B12, magnesium, iodide and selenium.
