Inclusion Criteria

Caregivers: 1. the person who spends the most time on oral hygiene care with children; 2. be able to communicate in Thai language ; 3. having smart phone
Children: 1. there is no disability or serious systemic health condition affecting oral health status and mental health; 2. having at least one deciduous tooth with plaque score >0.4 or at least one cavity

Exclusion Criteria

Caregivers or children who refuse to participate the study. Children who do not cooperate during dental examination.
