Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Age 18\-80 yrs
- •All patients willing to give informed and written consent
- •Patients with probe to bone test positive
Exclusion Criteria
- •Thrombocytopenia (platelet count less than 100,000/mL or other platelet disorders)
- •Patient not willing to give consent
- •Patients less than 18 and more than 80yrs of age
- •Shallow ulcers, Traumatic ulcer
- •Other cause of infection and inflammation present like AFI
- •Charcots joint
- •Current use of chemotherapy or radiotherapy
