Controls:
- healthy smoker or non-smoker subjects
- without respiratory diseases excepted chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
- history of cancer other than lung cancer within 5 years before inclusion
- oral or facial malformation
- incomprehension of maneuvers for the collection
