Inclusion Criteria

Patients with acute isolated diaphyseal and distal femur fractures presenting to the Emergency Department

Exclusion Criteria

- With contraindications/hypersensitivity to Ropivacaine/Morphine

- Neurovascular compromise of the injured lower limb

- In whom visual analog scale cannot be assessed

- With other injuries
