Inclusion Criteria
ASA ?-?, aged 30-70 years’ patients, of either sex were scheduled for surgery of acute lower limb ischemia
Exclusion Criteria
uncooperative,
refuse,
unconscious,
BMI = 35 kg/ m²,
a known allergy to study drugs,
previous femoral artery grafts or injuries were excluded from the study.
Patients with contraindications to regional anesthesia, including severe coagulopathy, infection at the injection site, or neurological impairment.
