Men of age 50 to 70 years diagnosed with BPH and mild to moderate IPSS score on alpha blocker at-least for 2 weeks, willing to participate in the study.
Men with LUTS due to other neurological or psy-chiatric disorders, urethral stricture, urinary reten-tion due to BPH, recurrent UTI, prostate cancer confirmed by biopsy, history of surgery for BPH, arthritis, pulmonary dysfunction, renal disease, known cardiac patients, on combination therapy with 5 alpha reductase inhibitors those who regular-ly practice yoga or exercise will be excluded.
