- •Clinically diagnosed patients of Fissure in ano (Parikartika)
- •Patients irrespective of gender, religion, occupation, educational status and socio-economic status.
排除标准
- •I. Bleeding Disorder like Hemophilia etc.
- •II. Patient with uncontrolled systemic disease as like diabetes mellitus and hypertension.
- •III. Patient with Carcinoma of Rectum.
- •IV. Severely immune compromised Patients like AIDS, Tuberculosis.
- •V. Patient having Parikartika secondary to Ulcerative colitis, Syphilis, Crohnâ??s disease.
- •VI. Patient with severe spasm.
