1.The study will be delimited to the students of BHU
2.The study will be delimited to students within the age group of 18 to 25 years
Exclusion Criteria
1. Non-Prehypertensive students will be excluded.
2. Students below 18 yrs and above 25 yrs are excluded.

Name Time Method Blood Pressure <br/ ><br>a.Systolic Blood Pressure <br/ ><br>b.Diastolic Blood Pressure <br/ ><br>each will be measured with Sphygmomanometer <br/ ><br>Blood Pressure of selected students will be done in each season before and after the marma chikitsa for balancing blood pressure of prehypertensive students.Timepoint: Assessment of Blood Pressure variation of male and female students will be done at <br/ ><br>1. Initiation of intervention <br/ ><br>2. End of intervention
