Inclusion Criteria
ASA 1 and ASA2 patients undergoing nasal intubation with normal coagulation profile
Exclusion Criteria
H/O cough and cold in past two weeks
H/O anatomical deformity of Nasopharyngeal pathway /nasal injury /maxillo facial injury
H/O recurrent epistaxis
H/O any known allergy to used group
H/O deranged liver function or coagulation profile
H/O difficult airway
H/O pregnency
H/O uncontrolled hypertension
