Inclusion Criteria
1.ASA grade I / II
2. Age 18-60 years of either sex
3. Patients for elective surgery with an indication for nasotracheal intubation
4.Patients with adequate mouth opening of 2 fingers or more
Exclusion Criteria
â??Patient refusal
â??Modified Mallampatti class III or IV
â??Bleeding disorder
â??Patient with non-patent nasal cavity
â??Any history of nasal trauma and surgery
â??Cervical spine instability
â??Base of skull fracture
â??Risk of gastric aspiration
