入选标准
- •Patients who will receive total knee arthroplasty because of degenerative osteoarthritis of the knee between 55 years old and 84 years old
- •- Patients who agree with this study after sufficient explanation about this study
排除标准
- •Patients who
- •- did not resurface the patella component
- •- diagnosed rheumatoid arthritis
- •- diagnosed posttraumatic osteoarthritis
- •- diagnosed osteonecrotic osteoarthritis
- •- had joint stiffness
- •- had recurrent patella dislocation
- •- had very severe valgus deformity of the knee
- •- had thin patella(<20mm)
- •- did lateral release in total knee arthroplasty
- •- had history of infected arthritis
- •- did total knee arthroplasty by using bone graft, block, stem because of severe joint destruction and deformation
