Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Isolated patellofemoral arthritis of knee which was not responsive to proper medical treatment.
- •Patient's age ranges from 50 to 80yrs.
Exclusion Criteria
- •not severe symptom / no proir medial treatment / abnormal patellar alignment / evidence of tibio\-femoral arthritis / inflammatory arthritis/ fixed deformity / prior surgery including meniscectomy / quadriceps atrophy/ instability / medical high risk factors for surgery
