入选标准
- •1.Patients undergoing general anesthesia for elective non-cardiac surgery in our hospital;
- •2.Aged 65 to 80 years;
- •3.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade II ~ III (see Table 1), no severe respiratory, circulation, liver, kidney, coagulation function abnormalities;
- •4.Expected operation duration >2h;
- •5.Surgery grade 3-4;
- •6.Concise Intelligence Scale (MMSE) score Illiterate (uneducated)>17, primary school >20, secondary school and above >24.
排除标准
- •1.Preoperative patients with psychiatric and neurological diseases;
- •2.Patients with severe respiratory, circulatory or other system dysfunction;
- •3.Patients with systemic acute and chronic infection before surgery;
- •4.Low compliance, severe hearing, visual impairment, reading, understanding disorders;
- •5.Patients with pacemakers;
- •6.History of drug abuse.
