(1) Spinal fusion surgery patients scheduled for general anesthesia in trachea (operation site <= 2 vertebral bodies, operation time <= 180 minutes);
(2) Aged 65-75 years;
(3) BMI index 18-30kg/?;
(4) ASA classification I to III;
(5) Voluntary signing of informed consent form.
(1) Past history of drug abuse, mental disorders, senile dementia, long-term preoperative use of sedatives, NSAIDs and hormones, or other drug abusers or alcoholics.
(2) Patients with a history of serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (including cardiac function grade III-IV, cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage).
(3) Local skin damage and infection at acupoints.
(4) history of needle sickness.
(5) Those who do not agree with the cooperator or have severe visual or hearing impairment or cannot communicate.
(6) Those who participated in other clinical trials within 3 months before being selected for the study.
