Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •subjects with need implant placement or substitution of a missing tooth, gap size \> 7mm
Exclusion Criteria
- •subjects below age 18 or person incapable of contracting, pregnant woman, alcohol or drug addicts, patients with an existing infectious disease as hepatitis or AIDS; patients with existing general disease means a contraindication for implantation; patient with severe diabetes; patient with insufficient oral hygiene (PI \> 1, BoP more tha 20% positive), patient with conflict of interest due to their participation in another study; patient participate in another study within one month prior to beginning of the study
