Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. ASA:Physical Status 1 and 2\.
- •2\. Height of patient 140\-180cm.
- •3\. Expected duration of surgery less than 2 hours.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Contraindication for spinal anaesthesia.
- •2\. Documented or diagnosed psychiatric or neurological illness.
- •3\. Documented or diagnosed hearing impairment.
- •4\. Allergy to any drug likely to be used during anaesthesia.
- •5\. Persons taking drugs to influence their mood.
- •6\. Patient refusal to spinal anaesthesia or music therapy
