Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. ASA 1 and 2
- •2\. Undergoing elective lower abdominal surgeries under spinal anesthesia.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. patients with history of anaphylaxis to local anesthesia.
- •2\. Infection at the injection site.
- •3\. Morbid obesity(BMI \>40\)
- •4\. History of substance abuse or taking analgesics for chronic illness.
