Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. ASA 1 and 2
  • •2\. Undergoing elective lower abdominal surgeries under spinal anesthesia.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. patients with history of anaphylaxis to local anesthesia.
  • •2\. Infection at the injection site.
  • •3\. Morbid obesity(BMI \>40\)
  • •4\. History of substance abuse or taking analgesics for chronic illness.
