1. Patients 50 years of age or older who have undergone cataract surgery with phacoemulsification with LUCIA 621P LIO implantation.
2. Clear intraocular media with the exception of cataracts.
1. Previous corneal surgery or trauma.
2. Irregular cornea (e.g. keratoconus).
3. Choroidal hemorrhage
4. Microphthalmos
5. Severe corneal dystrophy
6. Uncontrolled glaucoma
7. Clinically significant macular changes
8. Concomitant severe ocular disease
9. Traumatic cataract
10. Severe optic nerve atrophy
11. Severe diabetic retinopathy
12. Amblyopia
13. Extremely shallow anterior chamber
14. Severe chronic uveitis
15. Pregnant or lactating
16. Rubella
17. Mature/dense cataract preventing biometry by optical interferometry.
18. Previous retinal detachment
19. Surgical or post-surgical complication in the process of cataract surgery of the eye under study.
20. Concurrent participation in another investigation with drugs or clinical devices.

Name Time Method The refractive and visual outcomes of patients undergoing cataract surgery with the LUCIA 621P LIO implantation will be analyzed. The results obtained are intended to add more information to the published literature on this LIO.

Name Time Method Evaluation of the patient's visual acuity and possible adverse reactions after LIO implantation.
