Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •(1\) No field athletics practice in the last 20 years,
- •(2\) no serious physical or mental illness,
- •(3\) no diseases that restrict motor and mental performance and thereby interfere with participation in the study,
- •(4\) the independent consent to participate in the study is possible and does not have to be provided by a supervisor,
- •(5\) master the German language in speech and writing.
Exclusion Criteria
- •(1\) MoCa score \<\= 25 points
