Inclusion Criteria
1) Symptoms and signs of CRPS as per IASP criteria
2) Patients having CRPS for more than 6 weeks but less than 1 year
3) Patients received neuropathic medicines for 4-8 weeks.
Exclusion Criteria
1) Radiculopathy or distribution of pain of a single nerve in the extremity
2) Inflamatory disease
3) Infection or cellulitis
4) Peripheral nerve disease
5) Unhealed fracture
6) Vascular conditions like deep vein thrombosis, vascular insufficiency, lymphadema, erythromyelgia
