Inclusion Criteria
Patients with the age group 20 -60 years.
Patients with upper extremity hemiplegia with stroke.
Patients who are willing to participate in the study.
Patient with GCS (12-15)
Patients who are able to understand and obeys commands.
Patient who knows english or odia language.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients who are very sick and unable to co-operate.
Patients who underwent any surgery within last 2 months.
Patients with sensory perceptual alterations.
