Inclusion Criteria

Adult patients older than ?? years old
with intestinal metaplasia
who are referred to gastroenterology clinics of Shiraz University of Medical Sciences

Exclusion Criteria

patients younger than ?? years old
pregnancy
lactation
existence of gastric cancer
calcium oxalate nephrolithiasis
history of any surgical interventions performed on the stomach such as Billroth I and II

Primary Outcome Measures

Name	Time	Method
The existence of gastric intestinal metaplasia in histopathologic samples. Timepoint: before intervention and two months and one year after intervention. Method of measurement: histopathologic samples of biopsies taken through endoscopy.
