Inclusion Criteria
1. First stroke in the cerebral hemisphere patients
2. Written informed consent
3. Without shoulder and elbow joint fractures or pain
4. Ability to maintain sitting position
Exclusion Criteria
1. Severe aphasia
2. Disorder of consciousness
