Inclusion Criteria
- •hemiparesis from a single stroke occurring at least six months before
- •Medical Research Council scale (shoulder) \= 3
- •Modified Ashworth Scale Score \< 3
- •Korea\-Mini\-Mental State Examination score \= 17
Exclusion Criteria
- •participation in other studies or rehabilitation programs
- •shoulder subluxation or pain in the upper limb
- •uncontrolled hypertension
- •contracture with elbow joint
- •Visual field defect
