Inclusion Criteria
Healthy Adult without underlying disease
Exclusion Criteria
1. History of Allergy to Biotin
2. Pregnancy
3. Breast Feeding
4. Abnormal Thyroid function test or History of Thyroid disease
5. Taking Weight loss supplement
6. Taking Medication that contain Thyroid hormone, Biotin, and Medication that interfere thyroid function test such as amiodarone, carbamazepine within 1 month
7. Taking Supplement, Vitamin within 1 month
8. Smoking
9. History of Severe illness or admitted in hospital within 2 months
