All the patients with Psychiatric disorder of age 18 years and above of eighther gender
Patients willing to participate in the study
Patients treated on outpatient department
Exclusion Criteria
Patients below 18 years of age.
Patients not willing to participate in the study.
Patients treated on inpatient department.
