入排标准
入选标准
- •?Men aged between 50-80 years with sign and symptoms of Benign Hyperplasia of Prostate.
- •?Presence of BPH symptoms with IPSS score > 7.
- •?Written informed consent
- •?Patients who can act in accordance with the protocol
- •?Prostate Specific Antigen PSA level equal to or below 4 ng/mL (to rule out suspected cases of malignancy)
- •?On ultrasonic examination prostate weight should be > 20g/20cc/20ml).
排除标准
- •?Patients who are not adequately symptomatic (mild according to IPSS).
- •?Patients with serious underlying medical condition (eg. Severe renal, hepatic disease etc.)
- •?Do not give informed consent.
- •?Complete retention of urine for more than 24 hours
- •?Prostatic carcinoma
- •?Patients interested for surgery during the next six months.
- •?Other possible causes of the symptoms such as recurrent Urinary Tract Infection, neurogenic bladder, or urethral stricture.
