Inclusion Criteria
admit for anterior cervical discectomy and fusion with anterior plate fixation, not excess 3 level, with Polyetheretherketone, PEEK)
no morphine consumption within 180 day prior to surgery
age above 18 years old
Exclusion Criteria
previos cervical spine surgery
active smoking within 6 months
need dexamethasone for treatment in other medical condition
contraindication for dexamethasone
