Inclusion Criteria
- •admit for anterior cervical discectomy and fusion with anterior plate fixation, not excess 3 level, with Polyetheretherketone, PEEK)
- •no morphine consumption within 180 day prior to surgery
- •age above 18 years old
Exclusion Criteria
- •previos cervical spine surgery
- •active smoking within 6 months
- •need dexamethasone for treatment in other medical condition
- •contraindication for dexamethasone
