Normal adult patients aged between 18 years to 50 years of both genders weighing 50-70 kg who were posted for elective PCNL surgeries under general anaesthesia.
Patients belonging to ASA grade 1 and ASA grade 2 .
Age < 18 years and > 50 years .
Patients with history of allergy to either Nalbuphine or paracetamol.
Patients with uncontrolled diabetic and hypertensive patients.
Patients with cardiac , hepatic and cerebral diseases.
Patients with history of coagulopathies , hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, pregnant ladies and lactating mothers.
Patients with difficult airway and obese patients, BMI >30 .
