Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Elevated levels of perceived stress (PSS\-10 \> 22\)
- •\- Age between 18 and 70 years
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- Wearing a pacemaker
- •\- Cardiovascular disease (e.g. myocarditis)
- •\- Cardiovascular medication
- •\- BMI \< 17 kg/m²; \> 30 kg/m²
- •\- Severe internal, neurological or mental illnesses
- •\- Psychotropic drugs
