Inclusion Criteria
Healthy, non-smoking, non-alcoholic individuals and subjects leading active life with chronic illnesses like hypertension or diabetes mellitus are included
Exclusion Criteria
Bed ridden subjects, subjects with impaired consciousness levels and orientation, subjects with diagnosed psychiatric dysfunction, children with genetic or congenital diseases and children below 12 years are excluded

Name Time Method The proposed study seeks to list the phenotypes in individuals of different dosha prakritis, and to trace them through generations, so as to find patterns of inheritance of phenotypes in different prakritis.Timepoint: Three Years

Name Time Method The results from the study can provide a wider qualitative and quantitative understanding of different human constitutions described by Ayurveda. The data from the study will generate new ideas and or knowledge which can provide an opportunity to implement and practice personalized preventive medicine and subsequently to personalized medicine and improve health.Timepoint: Three years
