A total of 73 patients were included. One patient in LMA group cancelled the operation. Age, weight, height, operation time, anesthesia time, Mallampati score, extubation time, and crying time were not different between both group. Intubation time were 11.11±4.60 in ETT group and 6.20 ± 2.05 in LMA group (p-value = 0). The length of stay in the post-anesthesia care unit in LMA group was shorter than ETT group (28.27 ±11.45 vs 21.92 ±8.62, p-value = 0.02). PAED score, CHEOPS, FLACC and Wong-Baker score in LMA group were lower than ETT group (p-value = 0.029, 0.043, 0.033, 0.023).

Children 3-9 years of age undergoing strabismus surgery without any underlying medical conditions
Patients with ketorolac allergies, anxiety disorders, upper respiratory tract infections within 6 weeks of the scheduled date of surgery, brain disease, psychiatric disorders, neurological abnormalities, developmental disabilities, serious cardiovascular or kidney disease, and genetic disorders are excluded from the study.
