Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Written informed consent given
- •ASA physical status groups I or II
- •Ages 18â??65 years
- •Patients posted for laparoscopic cholecystectomy
Exclusion Criteria
- •Body mass index above 35 kg/m2
- •Acute Cholecystitis
- •Pancreatitis or cholangitis
- •Previous open surgery in the upper abdomen,
- •Contraindication for pneumoperitoneum
- •Presence of any condition contra\-indicating elective surgery or spinal anaesthesia.
- •Presence of any significant renal , hepatic , neurological diseases.
- •Patient allergic to any drug.
