Inclusion Criteria
The patients who presenting with an acute uncomplicated descending aortic dissection.
Exclusion Criteria
Signs and symptoms of acute complications
Malperfusion, rupture, intractable pain, uncontrolled hypertension
Aortic diameter > 5.5 cm
Anatomical not suitable for TEVAR
aortic kinking > 75°, aortic diameter (< 20 mm. or > 42 mm.)
Traumatic aortic dissection
Connective tissue disease (ie. Marfan syndrome)
