Elderly between 60 and 75 years of both sexes; hemodynamically stable according to the guidelines of the Brazilian Society of Cardiology (BP < 140mmHg x 90mmHg) or (BP > 90mmHg x 60mmHg) (Brazilian Society of Cardiology); active in relation to Resistance Training in the minimum six months; able to perform the exercise at 80% of 1RM (1 maximum repetition) in the Scott curl; performing at least ten repetitions of this exercise; having received the second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.
Elderly people who have a cut-off score of less than 14 in the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE); having uncontrolled arterial hypertension; acute or chronic pain in the upper limbs; contraindication to the use of Transcranial Continuous Current Stimulation such as a history of recurrent seizures, tumors or skin infection at the stimulation site and any metallic material implanted in the brain, use of a pacemaker or metallic implant in the head; presenting sequelae of COVID-19 such as fatigue, cardiopulmonary or musculoskeletal disorders.
