Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •a)Admitted cases at IGIMS, Patna
  • •b)ASA I and ASA 2 with no co morbidities
  • •c)Elective infraumblical surgery
  • •d)Aged between 20 and 60 years

Exclusion Criteria

  • •a)Patient refusal
  • •b)Any opioids or sedative medication in the week prior to surgery .
  • •c)Coagulopathy or anticoagulant therapy
  • •d)Any cardiovascular disease and renal disease
  • •e)Increased intracranial tension.
  • •f) Pre\-existing neurological disease \& severe deformity of spine. g) Age \<20yrs to \>60yrs h) history of alcohol or drug abuse
