Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •a)Admitted cases at IGIMS, Patna
- •b)ASA I and ASA 2 with no co morbidities
- •c)Elective infraumblical surgery
- •d)Aged between 20 and 60 years
Exclusion Criteria
- •a)Patient refusal
- •b)Any opioids or sedative medication in the week prior to surgery .
- •c)Coagulopathy or anticoagulant therapy
- •d)Any cardiovascular disease and renal disease
- •e)Increased intracranial tension.
- •f) Pre\-existing neurological disease \& severe deformity of spine. g) Age \<20yrs to \>60yrs h) history of alcohol or drug abuse
