- •1.American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status (ASA) I,II,III
- •2.spinal anesthesia without opioid was performed
- •3.able to communicate, use the PCA machine, and rating NRS score
- •4.no history of drugs allergy to morphine or paracetamol
- •5.normal AST, ALT and creatinine
- •6.not pregnant or lactation
排除标准
- •1.opioids was given intraoperative
- •2.failed spinal anesthesia
- •3.change the operation
- •4.other analgesia medication used
