Inclusion Criteria
•At least one toenail or fingernail with clinical disease, which is defined as subungual debris with onycholysis and/or onychauxis.
•Patients willing for the required investigation.
Exclusion Criteria
•Age less than 18 years.
•Proximal subungual type.
•Use of oral antifungal medication for two months or longer within the past year or topical antifungal medication within past six weeks.
•Secondarily infected lesions.
•Patients not willing for the study.
